One of my painting friends loaned me this antique apple roaster to use in this  design.  It was taught at the 2000 Nashville Convention.

This cute Santa could be painted on a number of surfaces.  Instructions include a blue Santa.

 These items are ready for you to do some baking.  The flour scoop and  rolling pin came from my Mother’s kitchen.  This is painted on a 4 part recipe box.  The outside surface has a smoked finished with instructions in the packet.  It was designed for “PaintWorks” magazine.

It is much more interesting to collect and paint granite ware that has  some dents and nicks.  This design is painted on a useful noteholder.
